Throughout the world,
correctional facilities are reaching or have surpassed
maximum capacity for inmate housing. The burden of an
increased inmate population can easily strain and tax
the resources of any correctional institution attempting
to provide safe and secure visitation services for inmates.
Renovo’s Video Visitation 3.0 provides a complete
system for federal, state, and county correctional facilities
to meet these challenges and create a more safe and efficient
environment for personal and professional inmate visitations,
e.g. public defenders, courtroom arraignment, medical consultations,
inmate training, Immigration & Customs Enforcement,
and Child Welfare Services.
Utilizing Video Visitation 3.0, organizations can easily
schedule, automate, manage and report on their visitation
procedures, allowing reallocation of resources to more
productive responsibilities. It maximizes convenience for
both staff and the public through a unique web-based feature
that allows the public to schedule visits online.
Even better, Renovo’s Video Visitation 3.0 software
can be used to enhance traditional, non-video-based visitation
processes. In this case, the software maximizes efficiency
by allowing automated policy management, and visitation
scheduling and tracking. Because Video Visitation 3.0 is
a truly scalable application designed to grow along with
the needs of an organization, this option provides a cost-effective
solution for the current, and future, needs of an organization.
Depending on the needs of an organization, Video Visitation
3.0 is available as a software/hardware solution, or software
only. As a complete software/hardware solution, Renovo
utilizes non-proprietary hardware, making it easy to expand
or replace as needed.
For institutions looking to integrate a software-only solution
with existing hardware, Video Visitation 3.0 is technology-neutral,
which means that in the vast majority of cases it can be
retrofitted to work with existing hardware.
Renovo Video Visitation 3.0 is a comprehensive solution
with features that greatly increase the efficiency of a
video visitation network regardless of technology, hardware
manufacturer, size or network complexity:

Orlando Sentinel

“It’s a win-win situation,” Sgt. Dana Edmondson said. “It’s
infinitely better for the public, especially those with children, who can avoid
the trauma and inconvenience of visiting at the jail. And for corrections officers,
it will provide better safety.” |
