Visitation Schedule Module
VisManager Inmate Video Visitation Management System is designed to offer many options for setting-up and scheduling visits, based on the desired type of visitation environment — first-come, first-served, or scheduled. VisManager has the flexible functionality to fit your current and future needs.
Quick Connect
Quick Connect eliminates the need for (and costs associated with) touch screens. With Quick Connect, stations can be easily connected with a simple click of the mouse. Authorized users can set-up a visit using any PC on the network. The visit can be scheduled for any length of time, and the system will automatically disconnect at the end of the visit. Quick connect can be used as a stand-alone module for facilities that have a first-come, first-served visitation policy, or it can be used in conjunction with scheduling modules.
Ad Hoc Visits
Ad hoc allows facilities to quickly set-up visits, taking into account policies, quotas, restrictions, time block, and inmate and visitor information. Ad Hoc captures all pertinent information about the visit for facilities utilizing a first-come, first-served visitation policy — and can also be utilized in facilities that employ a scheduled visitation policy but need to be able to handle the occasional exception.
Staff Registration & Scheduling
Staff registration and scheduling gives you the power to eliminate long waiting lines, unnecessary public loitering in the lobby, and other headaches associated with a first-come, first-served visitation process.
Public Web-based Registration & Scheduling (Also Available in Spanish)
Looking to reallocate staff? This module allows the public to register for and schedule visits online via a secure website portal, which lets you reallocate staff to more productive responsibilities. With this module, the public is responsible for entering the required visitor registration information and scheduling visitations — not staff. Functionality includes checks and balances for managing restricted visitors, etc. (All visitors must show valid ID when checking-in for their scheduled visit.)
Professional Web-based Registration & Scheduling
Allow professional visitors to schedule visits with an inmate in advance, from a secure website portal. Professional scheduling saves everyone time and money — operational staff as well as the visitors themselves. Professional visitors can register online, and request special clearance.
Lobby Kiosk Registration & Scheduling
By giving the public the option of registering for and scheduling visits from a kiosk located in a facility's lobby, staff are freed-up to perform other, more productive tasks. This module is typically used to provide members of the public who do not have access to a computer with greater access to registration and scheduling.
Inmate Scheduling
Inmate Scheduling puts the responsibility of visitation scheduling on inmates, who can schedule their visits via a secure kiosk application. In addition to saving staff time, this module can also be used to generate revenue for a facility.
