Event Offering
Renovo’s Video Conference Scheduling Software has the unique capability to create and promote events. Event offering gives institutions the power to broadcast their offerings over the network and manage the event from it’s creation to its culmination.
Event Posting…
Video Scheduler supports the ability to post events for offer across the video network, allowing others to sign up for the event as part of the scheduling process. This allows supply to meet demand, giving visibility to all of the opportunities on the network. Customers who have employed Video Scheduler’s Event Offering have seen dramatic increase in usage across their network.
Registration Rules…
When scheduling an event for the future, users can set the maximum number of sites allowed, maximum number of people allowed, user groups this event is being offered to, and a close date for the event.
User Notifications…
Users on the network can then be notified via email or an RSS feed through Video Scheduler’s built in listserv called the Message Board.
Event Searching…
Users can search for events via keyword, date and/or time frame.
Event Requests…
If a user has scheduling rights to a site, they can sign their site up for the event. This can also work as a request, where they would request their site to be added to an event, where the resource owner would have to approve the usage.
Event Quotas and Rules…
Once one of the maximums (number of sites or number of people) is met or the close date arrives, the event becomes a fully scheduled conference ready to be run by Video Scheduler across the network.
