Video Scheduler data fields can be used for two purposes. One is for gathering useful data to be able to run reports. The second is to post information on an event offering. URL’s, file uploads and other informational fields can be populated at the time of scheduling an event offering. This information will then be posted to this event, allowing users to see more information about the event.
