Definable Fields…

Video Scheduler allows institutions to create and define their own database fields to be filled in while scheduling. Administrators can assign a database field to be plain text field, numerical value, single select drop down, multi -select drop down, date, URL, and file Attachment – ensuring that the institution gathers all the information they need!

Mandatory or Optional Fields…

Video Scheduler allows administrators to designate fields as mandatory or optional during the scheduling process.

Data with a Purpose…

Video Scheduler data fields can be used for two purposes. One is for gathering useful data to be able to run reports. The second is to post information on an event offering. URL’s, file uploads and other informational fields can be populated at the time of scheduling an event offering. This information will then be posted to this event, allowing users to see more information about the event.
