Renovo’s Video Conference Scheduling Software allows institutions to administer their video conferencing system in such a manner that reflects the real life privileges and capabilities of its users. The video conference scheduling software is completely configurable so that while a network of endpoints grows, Video Scheduler can be configured to accurately represent the needs of that network.

Centralized & De-centralized

Video Scheduler can work in a centralized or de-centralized scheduling environment or anywhere in between on a scale of 1 to a 1000.

Privilege Based Functionality

Each function in Video Scheduler is broken down to a privilege that can be enabled for a user or user group.

Room and Endpoint Access

Video Scheduler allows each room/site/endpoint to have two levels of access – one in which the user sees it, while another in which the user can approve it.

Multiple Customers

Video Scheduler allows multiple customers to be on a single shared network – pushing the policies out across the entire network or to individual segments.

Resource Assignment

Through privilege assignments and access rights, Video Scheduler supports the requesting of conferences, MCU resources and/or endpoints – requests can be approved by whoever owns the resources being requested.

Resource Autonomy

Video Scheduler allows multiple different groups to work together on a single network while still providing autonomy to single resources.
