Renovo’s  Video Scheduler Video Conference Management Software allows end-users to quickly schedule on-demand or future video conferences through a secure and intuitive web-based scheduling system. Video Scheduler checks to ensure that resources are available for the requested conference and then reserves them, which eliminates future conflicts.
