Inmate Visitation, Recidivism, and Offsetting Costs

A study recently released by the Minnesota DOC found that visitation can reduce the risk of recidivism by as much as 25 percent. Unfortunately, the costly, time-intensive, and chaotic nature of the visitation process sometimes forces facilities to create policies which can discourage visitations.

In a recent webinar, Brian Peters, Product and Marketing Director at Renovo Software, took a look at what correctional facilities can do in order to increase visitation while simultaneously offsetting the associated costs.
