Renovo’s Visitor Support service allows visitors to call, live chat and email our support team for assistance with visitor registration, scheduling and account management. Our support experts are trained in our software and your visitation policies to ensure your visitors get the help they need. Renovo’s support team is operated in the US, and is made up entirely of direct Renovo employees.
