“The Renovo solution greatly simplifies the overall visitation process and creates a much safer, less chaotic and more controlled environment. In the end, we have seen a complete return on investment in 12 months.”

“The ID Card Swipe has enabled us to more efficiently register and check-in visitors, reducing the time needed to less than 30 seconds while providing greater system accuracy. This is truly one of the most labor-saving aspects of Renovo’s Video Visitation Solution.
By utilizing Renovo’s solution, we have increased the overall number of visits by 48 percent, while streamlining our visitation policies and empowering our officers with greater capabilities to monitor and record visitations. All this has been done without adding staff, and has meant more efficient use of our officers and employees.”

“Everyone at Renovo has gone out of their way to help me – both quickly and courteously. My background is 100% operations and 0% technical. The Renovo team is very patient with me. I would be very proud of a team such as the one Renovo has built.”

“Renovo’s online registration and scheduling doesn’t tie up sworn personnel to operate it. It continuously saves us time and money while making inmate visitation safer. There is no other system that is as versatile in electronic visitation. The Renovo staff is outstanding to work with.”

“It has been a pleasure to use Renovo’s turnkey Video Visitation Solution at our new visitation center. The solution is extremely user-friendly and the support we’ve received from your staff has been excellent. Whenever we have called or emailed, we have received timely responses/solutions. The fact that we can remotely re-set stations when needed has been a great help to my staff, especially after normal business hours.
I have to say that this has been a wonderful experience overall and I look forward to a long working relationship with you and Renovo Software.”
Lt. Diane Parmenter,
Manatee County Sheriff’s Office
“I wanted to let you know about the recent service we received here at Flathead County. Jim Olson was assigned as project manager at this site. Not only was he instrumental in planning the project over the phone, he was very thorough in all subsequent aspects of planning and implementation.
Jim was nothing but business the minute he walked in the door. He was extremely courteous to everyone he worked with, and professional in the way he conducted business. It was very obvious that he not only knew the Renovo product well, but also had a very good grasp of networking and server skills.
Jim was a true gem to work with and we felt his direct supervisor should know what an outstanding job he did for us.
Keep up the great work!”

“In my role as the Technology Project Manager at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, I am tasked with researching and acquiring new technologies for the ever changing custody environment and strict business and budgetary guidelines of the department.
Renovo quickly emerged as a leader among the rest in their industry and was selected to partner with us so we could transition from an obsolete and complex public visitation process to an automated and highly cost effective Visitation Solution.
Renovo’s organization has not only delivered and continuously supported our unique requirements, they have provided us with a business relationship that has exceeded my expectations. Based on excellent communication and leadership and a highly functional and creative technical team, Renovo has accomplished a tremendous amount of quality work in very short timelines. Renovo’s experience and expertise in the area of Visitation for the custody environment has guided us to the successful first stages of completion of a very difficult task.
The project has a large impact to the county as a business, custody practices, and cost efficiency level. Therefore, there was pressure to implement quickly. The chosen software and hardware has thus far accommodated the unique functionality, custody policies, and cost requirements for all LASD. Renovo presented several options with both pros and cons. This enabled me and the executive management to make informed decisions to our present and future deployments.
Overall, Renovo has proven that our decision to partner with them will lead to the success of the first phase of visitation implementation in the weeks to come. The quality of Renovo’s work and contributions has consistently exceeded our expectations, and I anticipate the final deployment will help LASD achieve our visitation and cost effective goals while obtaining the confidence and praise from the public.
I highly recommend Renovo to any resource that is planning to update their current video visitation system.”

“During the RFP and decision process of choosing a scheduling application, I remember one of Renovo’s references saying, ‘If all companies provided the level of support Renovo does, all the world’s problems would be solved.’
“That statement played a critical role in our decision to purchase Renovo’s Video Scheduler. After working with Renovo for going on two years, I agree. Renovo has to have the best level of customer support I have ever experienced.”

“Beginning in 2009 and into 2010 Renovo Video Conference Scheduler Solution was implemented into the Northeast Texas Network infrastructure. Netnet currently supports around 600 video conference rooms and 5 Video Bridges.
When we began looking for a Video Conference Scheduling Solution; Renovo had no problems with coming to our offices in Texas and consulting face to face about what our needs and expectations were with respect to the software solution.
From Installation to implementation Renovo Staff was with us every step of the way. Jim Olson in Tech Support was on site and ensuring that our transition from our older system to Renovo went smoothly. Ted Nafzger in Sales was checking on a routine basis to make sure that the system went in and met our requirements.
Renovo has brought stability back to our Video Conference Scheduling Systems and has enabled Netnet to move forward. Through the Renovo Software solution; we have been able to reduce the number of phone calls to our help desk and we are able to produce reports to our clients and customers for their individual video conference connectivity.
Netnet continues working with Renovo as we continue to move forward and enhance our ability to deliver video conference services to Northeast Texas.”

“Renovo supports more innovative scheduling features and is more versatile than any other scheduling software product that our network has used. Renovo supports instructional features such as far end camera control and interactive teaching tools that make teaching and learning in the distance learning environment more effective. Teachers produce more creative lessons and use the technology to generate interactive lessons that are more appealing to students. We most appreciate the willingness of Renovo staff to work with our technical staff to help develop teaching tools that operate with the scheduler. Without the support and innovation of the Renovo staff, we could not deliver high quality educational programs. We highly recommend Renovo Software.”

“In 2004 Renovo helped Kan-ed begin its statewide video services. Video networking has been available in Kansas for some time but not on a statewide basis with and not with centralized operations. The Renovo staff came to Kansas and participated in the initial set up of Kan-ed operations. They established a Scope of Work for centralizing video scheduling, developed a workable timeline and delivered per that timeline. Between April and the beginning of school in August 2004 Renovo developed and implemented a centralized video scheduling service that could handle approximately 500 licensed video codecs.
In 2005 Kan-ed approached Renovo about enhancements to the scheduling software that would improve Kansas video operations. We found Renovo was already developing such enhancements and would be glad to incorporate Kansas thinking into the process. Kan-ed staff and Renovo staff met in the spring of 2005 and software upgrades were developed and in place by the end of the year. Video scheduling personnel throughout Kansas were using the new software to schedule classes (in full mesh classrooms, mobile carts and the Kan-ed MCU) for the spring semester of 2006. Once again, Renovo developed the Scope of Work and implemented the upgrade in a timely manner for Kansas constituents.
Kan-ed continues to work with Renovo to enhance video operations. We’re currently discussing ways to use the scheduler to generate ‘impact’ reports for both the Board of Regents and the Kansas Legislature. The Renovo scheduling system and the professional services Renovo provides are valuable resources in the delivery of educational video in the State of Kansas. We thank Renovo for efforts thus far and look forward to continuing the relationship.”
