WEBER COUNTY JAIL IN OGDEN, UT SELECTS RENOVO SOFTWARE TO PROVIDE TURNKEY VIDEO VISITATION SOLUTION

Edina, Minn, August 15, 2009 – Renovo Software has been chosen to provide its turnkey Video Visitation Solution (VisManager™ software and VisStation™ hardware), including 75 IP-based video visitation stations, to Weber County Jail in Ogden, UT. Weber County retrofitted the existing face-to-face booths with the new stations, and will utilize VisManager 4.0 to schedule, automate and manage its visitation processes, as well as provide web-based public scheduling – which gives the public the convenience of scheduling visits online, in advance. The solution eliminates the possibility for contraband to enter the complex – and Renovo’s public scheduling module will eliminate the typical issues associated with a first-come, first-served process. Renovo’s solution was deployed in August.
