DOUGLAS COUNTY JAIL IN DOUGLASVILLE, GA SELECTS RENOVO SOFTWARE TO PROVIDE TURNKEY VIDEO VISITATION SOLUTION

Edina, Minn, July 17, 2009 – Renovo Software has been chosen to provide its turnkey Video Visitation Solution (VisManager™ software and VisStation™ hardware), including 40 IP-based video visitation stations, to Douglas County Jail in Douglasville, GA. Douglas County will utilize VisManager 4.0 to schedule, automate and manage its visitation policies, as well as provide web-based public scheduling – which gives the public the convenience of scheduling visits online, in advance. The renovated visitation center is located just outside the jail’s secure fence line, which will eliminate the possibility for contraband to enter the complex – and Renovo’s public scheduling module will eliminate the typical issues associated with a first-come, first-served process. Renovo’s solution will be deployed in October of this year.
