RENOVO SOFTWARE TO PROVIDE OUTDOOR PUBLIC-SCHEDULING KIOSK AT ORANGE COUNTY JAIL IN FLORIDA

Edina, Minn, February 17, 2009 – Renovo Software has been chosen to provide an outdoor kiosk at Orange County Jail, for the purpose of allowing the public to schedule visits themselves, freeing-up County resources for more productive tasks. Orange County has utilized Renovo’s VisManager™ software to provide scheduling and policy management for their video visitation system for more than five years. Early this summer, the organization will deploy Renovo’s web-based, public scheduling module to provide an enhanced level of convenience to the public. Now, with the addition of the kiosk and counter service for those that do not have access to the Internet, it’s anticipated that Orange County will be able to increase its number of monthly visits from 17,000 to approximately 20,000. Deployment is scheduled for July of this year.
